Dr. Lu Shiyu, Assistant Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at the University of Hong Kong, presented the Hong Kong Time Bank Sustainable Development Practice Framework at the 5th Hong Kong Time Banking Network Platform Seminar on August 30, 2025.
The seminar then proceeded to three panel discussions: “ Identifying Potential Stakeholders to Foster Cross-Sector Collaboration ,” “ Building and Imagining Time Bank Member Self-Service ,” and “ Integrating Time Banking with Regular Services. ” The panel discussions provided an opportunity for participating groups to share their practical experiences, further exploring new avenues for the sustainable development of time banking in Hong Kong.
